Help Jim Sargent in his road to recovery and save his home.

Hello, my name is Barb Ferron and I am building this Go Fund Me page for my dad James (Jim) Sargent. My father ended up going to the hospital at the end of April after calling 911 and was admitted to the ICU for respiratory failure and severe pneumonia. He was then put in a coma and on a ventilator for about a month. He is now awake but just got moved to a rehabilitation center to undergo therapy to learn how to function again. He was practically paralyzed when he woke due to being in a coma for so long. He still has a very long recovery road ahead of him. Even though my father is going through all this difficulty, the problem we are having that we need to raise the money for is my father's house. He is currently on a land contract that is suppose to be paid off in 10 years. He has made his payments on-time for the last 9 years and is almost to the point of having it paid off. Today 7/1/2024 we received a message from the lady he has the contract with, that he has till August 15, 2024 to pay the remaining $13,095 or to vacate the premises and remove all his belongings before that date. When I brought to her attention that us (his children) will figure out a way to cover his payments and he will not need to vacate the premises and she will paid off on time which would be August 1, 2025; she then came up with a bunch of reasons that he supposably voided his contract. Some of her reasons were the bushes grew in around the edge of the yard and my dad had my brother in law cut it and he's unlicensed. Because she didn't approve who cut it he is then in violation. She said his yard is a mess because of the brush that grew in which is a violation. She also said his house is a mess and depreciating the value of her property so that too is a violation. My fathers house is not a mess, and she had no right going into the house while he was in the hospital. I tried speaking with the lady about all of this and she kept coming up with excuses after excuses. She then stated if the house is paid in full before August 15, 2024 he can have the deed to his house, otherwise he voids the contract and looses everything. With all these reasons aside I don't think it's right for a man to loose his house because he ended up going to the hospital and suddenly there becomes an opportunity for the lady to take the house back out from under him. So, I am reaching out for help to try to save my dad's house so he has a place to go home to. Me and my siblings are trying everything we can do to try to come up with this money but we need help. So, again I'm asking Please Help Us.
