Help Jill Fight Crippling Brain Tumors and Save her Sight

I am raising funds for my dear friend Jill, who is facing a grave and expensive medical emergency--a recurrence of a large brain tumor that has robbed her of the sight in one eye and now threatens to blind her completely. It started as one tumor and now she has two (see the photo--the line in the picture connects the two tumors).
Whereas the first time, Jill had to undergo a traumatic brain surgery, this time the surgery and recovery would just be too extensive (it would be a full frontal craniotomy, wherein the surgeon would have to cut her skull from one temple to the other in front). As a result, she must travel several miles away to a hospital to receive radiation treatments for 55 days in a row (including over Christmas and New Year's). Her vision problems are so severe that she cannot drive and must take an Uber to the hospital, which costs $32 each way.
Jill has had to quit her job as a medical lab technician because of the crippling symptoms, which include vise-like headaches that even strong medication does not help. She falls often. She lives alone and has no one to help her. Fortunately, her landlord installed a ramp to help her balance as she enters and leaves her home. She has used all of her savings, and her disability payments ($1,600 + $25 monthly for food) disqualify her from receiving Medicaid (I find this an abomination!). She is already behind on her medical bills (shown in photo) and interest is accruing daily.
My sweet friend is beautiful and full of life with an amazing sense of humor. This medical condition has made her life a living hell. It's breaking my heart.
I am trying to raise funds for her transportation to and from the hospital for the duration of the radiation treatments.
As we look forward to Thanksgiving next week, Jill will be alone. I'm hoping that we can all tap into our spirits of generosity, count our blessings, and provide for someone in need. Any amount you can donate will be greatly appreciated.
