Help Jilberto Pedro Rivera Fight ICE Detention

My name is Alicia, and I am reaching out for help on behalf of my step dad, Jilberto Pedro Rivera. Jilberto is a hardworking man who has always provided for our family. On June 26, while on his way to work, he stopped at the Rebel gas station on Mojave and Bonanza to pick up some juices and water. That morning, two undercover ICE agents approached him, questioned his status, searched his pockets, and took him into custody. Since then, our family has been left in the dark, with very little information about his situation. We have been told he is being charged with being in the United States illegally, but he has no other charges against him.

Jilberto’s absence has been devastating for us. He is the main provider, and his sudden detention has left us struggling emotionally and financially. We have tried to get more information from the authorities, but they have not provided us with any contact details or updates. Our family is now facing the urgent need to hire a lawyer to help Jilberto fight his case and hopefully bring him back home.
