Help Jessica and AnitaRoyelle Secure a Home

Hi, my name is Jessica Blunt and I am fundraising for my daughter and I. I finally have the opportunity to rent a place for us. I need help with the deposit (by the 12th of August) & hopefully even with some of the back debt, or car repairs that need to be handled also. The biggest need is the deposit of $2,000 (First, Last, Cleaning deposit). It’s been two years since we had our own place and the events that lead us to move back to the Rogue Valley, have taken not only a financial toll but a huge emotional adjustment.

In the end of July 2022, we had to leave our apartment unexpectedly due to AnitaRoyelle’s father’s mental health. We had been dealing with his gradual decline mentally for almost a year and half till it took its peak form of massive debt, addiction, isolation, alienation, depression, and hallucinations. I tried everything to get him help from the hospital, rehabs, and even the police. It unfortunately became so unbearable & unsafe we had to leave him. Thankfully his parents opened their home up for us to regroup and eventually relocate. By November 2022, he was arrested and eventually sent to prison. I was able to recover items from our apartment but a lot of our items were trashed along with the apartment. Anything that I was able to grab unfortunately is covered in insulation and fire extinguisher.

It’s been two years since & I owe so much to everyone that has helped us heal. The things we went through are only what I thought I’d experience through a movie & never anything I thought AnitaRoyelle would be raised in. I need this last push to fully get AnitaRoyelle and I a fresh start. I want to be able to show her that you can go through anything and build your way back.
