Help Jesse Reunite with Son Wyatt

I'm Jesse Huff, father to Owen, Wyatt, and Dakota. There hasn't been a day passed where I haven't been there for my kids. Recently that right to be there for them has been taken from me out of spite and vengeance. I'm desperately working to restore my family with my three children, namely Wyatt.

Wyatt is my 7 year old son that those who know me, would say is my mini me. He is my son that is right there with me disc golfing, dirt biking, and spending time together with his siblings and family. During recent events out of my control, Wyatt has been taken away from seeing me, his grandparents, and cousins.

Wyatt is not biologically my son. But my love for Wyatt spreads beyond dna. I was there the day he was born and have not stopped loving that child since he took his first breath. He, along with Owen and Dakota, have been instructed by his mother that Wyatt has a new dad and will never see me or my side of the family for the rest of his life. This is a 7 year old boy that should not have to go through the trauma of losing (in his mind from what he is being told) his father or family. On top of that, Owen and Dakota are left hurting and confused as well. Why is their sibling not around anymore at Dads. They miss him too and will cry for him.

This action of making sure Wyatt is kept from me and my family has resulted in being held out of school, not able to attend school concerts, and has limited his time eating school lunch from being taken out of school.

This is plain neglect on a seven year old boy. Wyatt not only needs me as his father, but he needs school, food and the basic essentials of living.

I'm asking for help in my fight to get visitation of Wyatt back along with increased custody of all the kids to give them stability and make sure they are getting education. I've pleaded with Wyatt's mother to let me see him and she is unwilling, so I will have a lawyer help me. My lawyer has seen what the kids are going through and has decided to take on my case when initially she declined. I have to think that God has a bigger plan than what my eyes can see, but I pray every day for my kids and for justice for them. They don't deserve any of this.
