Hello to the Tucson community and surrounding areas. We are humbly asking for your donations to help our daughter Jesikah fulfill her dream of becoming Miss Arizona Teen USA. Jesikah has been chosen among many qualified young women throughout the state to take part in a multi-day event, which selects our state's representatives for the Miss Teen USA pageant. Currently, Jesikah holds the title of Miss Saguaro Blossom and her dream is to make it to the Miss Arizona Teen USA competition which will be held from May 27th-May 29th, 2023 in Gilbert Arizona. If she wins, she can then continue representing our state in the Miss Teen USA competition.

Jesikah is a talented and smart young lady. She is 15 years old and currently a sophomore attending Pueblo High school in South Tucson, Arizona. She has a 3.7 GPA and is enrolled in several AP and Dual enrollment classes. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is also a talented dancer and musician. She has been a dancer since the age of 7 when she discovered Mexican Folklorico dancing and then evolved into dancing jazz, hip hop and ballet. She also has been part of a performing mariachi music group from ages 8 through 14 where she learned to play the trumpet, guitar, violin and vihuela and also sang. She is currently part of the pom line team at her high school where she can continue developing her dance skills.

With your donation, we are hoping to get Jesikah everything she needs to fulfill her goal. It is her dream to become Miss Teen USA. Her goal is to use her platform as a way to raise awareness about Alzheimer's disease and dementia. This is a cause very close to her heart since, currently, her grandmother is suffering from this disease. Participating in this pageant is not only a tremendous opportunity but a chance to help her make a positive impact on her future. She will be able to attend many workshops that will teach her valuable professional skills, the chance to win various scholarships, work closely with local charities, be exposed to numerous modeling opportunities and attend exclusive appearances which will allow her to represent her community in a way that she will not be able to otherwise.
