J.E is a devoted mother whose two young children are part of my church and the school where I work. Recently, their family faced an unimaginable hardship when the ceiling of their home collapsed. Not only did this force them out of their home, but it also led to the loss of nearly all their clothes and belongings due to black mold and mildew. Despite reaching out for help, their landlord refused to take responsibility, leaving J.E and her children in a truly difficult and unsafe situation.

Right now, J.E is doing everything she can to keep her children safe and cared for, but the challenges are overwhelming. The family urgently needs support to replace basic essentials like clothing and toys, provide nourishing food, and secure a safe place to stay in a hotel while they recover and search for a new home. The children, ages 7 and 5, deserve stability and comfort during this traumatic time, and every bit of help can make a real difference in their lives.
