Help Jeremy Foster Reunite with His Children
Donation protected
“Out of respect for my daughter’s request and to protect my grandchild, I’ve removed her photo. The fight for my family continues with love, not retaliation.”
Summary (Short Version):
I’m a father and grandfather fighting to see my children again after a divorce that devastated my life. I’ve been denied visitation, forced to represent myself in court, and can barely afford supervised visits. I’m working for Walmart Spark, but my car is failing—and so is my ability to survive. I’m asking for help with legal fees, transportation, and basic needs so I can be a father again. Every share helps. Every dollar matters. Thank you.
Full Campaign Story
> My name is Jeremy Foster. I’m a father, a grandfather, and a man fighting to stay standing after losing nearly everything—except my love for my children.
After a bitter and painful divorce, I’ve been shut out of my kids’ lives through false accusations, ex parte orders, and legal games I could never afford to play. I’ve been forced to represent myself in court, denied visitation, jailed without cause, and ordered to pay supervised visitation fees I cannot afford—just to see my own boys.
I’ve filed motions in Kansas state courts and opened a federal civil rights case—because this isn’t just a custody battle anymore. It’s about exposing a broken system that’s crushed me financially and emotionally. I’ve already lost my savings, inheritance, my home, and my health. I’m working for Walmart Spark to survive—but my only vehicle’s transmission is going out, and when that fails, I lose everything.
To make things worse, I just became a grandfather. My daughter had a baby in Florida—but I can’t afford to visit. My ex-wife, meanwhile, used my child support payments to take her boyfriend to Florida for vacation—right where my daughter lives. I haven’t even held my granddaughter yet. I’ve paid thousands in child support, but I can’t afford to see the children it's supposed to support.
That’s why I’m asking for help.

Every dollar helps. Every share helps. Every prayer helps.
