Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

My little brother Jeremy and his wife Ehlonna are facing a time of great uncertainty and fear. Being a mom is all Ehlonna has ever dreamed of, and her children are the center of her world. Right now, she is 31 weeks pregnant, but what should be a time of anticipation and joy has turned into a situation filled with worry.

A few days ago, Ehlonna was rushed to Gundersen Hospital in La Crosse due to alarmingly high blood pressure. After two days of monitoring, it seemed like she might be able to go home to her sweet boys, Jensen and Grady, and her loving husband, Jeremy. But life had other plans.

Ehlonna has been diagnosed with preeclampsia, a serious condition that requires her to remain in the hospital for the rest of her pregnancy, or as long as possible to give their baby the best chance at a healthy start. Right now, everything is touch and go, and we’re praying for the best, but we know that there’s a real possibility that their baby may be born early and need to stay in the NICU for an extended period of time.

Jeremy is doing everything he can to support his family, but he is torn between needing to work to provide for them and wanting to be by Ehlonna’s side during this critical time. The expenses will start mounting—medical bills, travel costs, and everyday bills that don’t pause in times of crisis.

This is where we can come together and make a difference. By supporting them financially, we can help ease the burden on Jeremy, allowing him to be where he is needed most: with his wife and children. Every dollar helps, and every share of this page spreads their story to more people who might be able to help.
