Hello, my name is Jen and I’m starting this to help out our family who had an accident on Friday, 10/24/25.

Last Thursday, we set off to head north to enjoy a weekend away with family and friends. Friday evening, we were waiting for the rest of our girls to arrive, so we decided to take the side-by-side up to meet them at the entrance. Unfortunately, we were a little too excited, and our friend fell out of the side-by-side. She broke her tibia and fibula and had surgery early Saturday morning. She also shattered her ring finger and has some gnarly road rash on her face, arm, and hand.

Although she has been in great spirits, this will be very tough on her family as she will need care around the clock. She is not able to put ANY weight on her foot, and her job requires her to be able to walk as it is an outdoor job. They have a one-year-old baby girl as well as five other children. With the care she will need, it will also be challenging for her fiancé to work as often as needed. She will be in a cast for at least 2-3 months. During this time, she will not be able to work, let alone do half the things she would normally do around the house. With Christmas coming up, it does add a bit more to their plate.
