My name is Jennifer, and I am reaching out for help to be with my son, Kobey (known as Jah), who is currently in the hospital in Denver after being involved in a police shooting. I am in Oklahoma, and as a disabled person without a vehicle, I am struggling to find a way to get to Colorado to support him during this critical time. The distance and my financial situation have made it impossible for me to be by my son's side when he needs me most.

Jah is a kind, intelligent, and respectful young man with a great soul. Despite facing instability and periods without a stable place to live, we have always shared a close bond. Recently, I was able to secure a home for us, and now my main focus is to bring him back home where he belongs. The circumstances surrounding the shooting are still unclear, and I need to be there to advocate for him and understand what happened.
