Today, Jenn has been sober for five years. Her transformation is nothing short of remarkable, and she’s become a shining example of what it means to overcome the hardest of trials. She’s a loving friend, a dedicated colleague, and an inspiration to everyone who knows her.

However, the toll of her past struggles remains with her in a way that impacts her every day: her teeth. Addiction robbed Jenn of her confidence and her ability to smile freely. The cost of dental work to restore her smile is overwhelming, and despite her hard work, this financial burden is simply out of reach.

While the employee assistance fund is available, the $40,000–$50,000 cost of dental work exceeds its limits for individual support.
