Hello, my name is Maribel Santos! My sister, Jenay Santos, was deeply affected by the fire in Blackwood Autumn Ridge Apartments. She was left with nothing because she was in C building. She only had her Halloween costume because she wasn’t home. Her boyfriend was home with the dog; thankfully, they are safe also! BUT although Red Cross provides assistance for apartments that were affected, she wasn’t a qualified tenant (wasn’t on the lease). She lost everything she has. My mother is also taking care of us and paying for our college plus more.

The funds that are raised will be sent to her for a new apartment and more items since she lost EVERYTHING.
