Help Jena Secure Her Son's Safety Away From Their Abuser

My name is Jena Garretson, I am trying to raise funds for my attorney fees pertaining to custody of my son. I have been a single mother since I was 19 years old. In September, I made a big move off the mainland to Hawaii in order to finally get myself and my son physically away from our abuser.

With manipulation and lies our abuser presented to the court, my son and I are now back on the mainland, completely separated from our lives. Me from work and him from school and our routine. I have been court ordered to be back in California with no income for over 2 months and will have to be here for at least 2 more while my job is on hold back home. We are no longer residents here so I can’t apply for county assistance.

Any bit of help would be a blessing and would help allow me to fight fair in court. My goal in life since I found out I was pregnant with my son 5 years ago has always been to protect my son from anyone and anything as he is my purpouse.
