Help Jen Smoke Provide Stability for Her Girls
Donation protected

Dear Family and Friends,
My name is Linda Matousch and it is with a very heavy heart that I am reaching out to our community on behalf of my sister, Jen Smoke, who recently lost her husband, Cliff. He leaves behind his son, Mason(20), and three daughters, Adalyn(10), Eliza(8) and Ava(6).
With as much detail as we can comfortably provide, Jen received the shock of her life after Cliff had not returned home from work, when state troopers came to her house to confirm her worst fears, that Cliff had suddenly passed away leaving an irreplaceable void in their lives. With the overwhelming grief from the loss of a loved one followed the horrific realization that Jen would have to tell her three girls this life-shattering news.
Cliff was their primary provider, running a business that was still feeling the continued ripple effects of the Covid-19 pandemic while Jen focused on being a stay-at-home mother, homeschooling all three of their girls. Jen is now left with the heavy burden of raising her girls without a father with the hopes of not uprooting their lives any more than they already have. She additionally now carries the added burden of tying up loose ends with Cliff's business.
Jen is a dedicated mother, a caring friend, and a resilient woman. She has always been the rock for her family and friends, offering support and love unconditionally. Now, she faces the unimaginable task of raising her three daughters alone, and she needs our help more than ever.
Adalyn, Eliza, and Ava are wonderful, sweet, outgoing young girls who looked up to and loved their Dad to the fullest. Our goal with this gofundme is to ensure that Jen and her three minor children have the financial help they need to continue their education, participate in activities they love, and receive the emotional support they require during this difficult time.
We are humbly reaching out to you, our community, to help Jen and her daughters navigate this incredibly challenging time. The funds raised will support them in covering immediate expenses and provide financial stability as they adjust to life without their primary provider.
We understand that not everyone may be able to contribute financially, but your emotional support, prayers, and sharing this campaign with others are equally valuable. Jen and her family are incredibly grateful for any help you can provide during this time of need.
Lastly, Cliff was a good man and was loved so deeply by all of his family and especially Jen and the girls. In honor of Cliff's memory Jen asks that we gently remind everyone that the mental health of men is something that desperately needs to be addressed. Please check in on the men in your life.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and generosity.
Linda Jane and Thomas Matousch and Linda Rose Howells (Jen's mother).
