Help Jeffrey Build Accessible Gardens

Hello, my name is Jeffrey Liu, and I am a member of Scouts, Troop 119 of Lexington. For my Eagle Scout project, I am dedicated to making gardening accessible for everyone in our community.

I am working on building three raised garden beds at Idylwilde Community Garden. These garden beds will be specially designed for people who have difficulties bending over or who use wheelchairs, allowing them the opportunity to engage in gardening.

Gardening is a wonderful activity that brings joy, relaxation, and a sense of accomplishment. However, for many individuals with physical limitations, traditional gardening can be challenging. By creating these raised garden beds, I hope to create an environment where everyone can experience the joys of gardening.

To make this project a reality, I need your support. The funds raised will go towards purchasing materials such as wood, sheet-metal, soil, and other necessary supplies to help out scouts with the project.
