Strater employee Jeff Clark and his roommate were involved in a terrible house fire in the early morning hours of August 9 at the Recodo del Rio Townhomes in Durango, CO. Jeff was airlifted to Denver where he is recovering in a burn unit from smoke inhalation and burns. Jeff is an amazing chef who has made many sacrifices to pursue his culinary passion. As Jeff's father states it - "Jeff has always been the first to step up and help anyone in need, and now he could use some help himself."
