I have spent the last ten+ years working alongside my friend, Jean Head. As a longtime food server, Jean has built lasting friendships with both co-workers and patrons. She has been a part of our community her entire life and means so much to so many people.
On February 25, 2026, Jean and her companion, Jerry, lost their home - along with their belongings and cherished memories - in a devastating house fire. The fire began in the garage after animals chewed through wiring and quickly spread to the rest of the home, taking with it everything they had built over many, many years.
Jean has always shown up for others. Now, we are asking our community to show up for her. Jean’s friends and co-workers are asking for your support during this incredibly difficult time. Please consider donating to help with temporary housing, essential needs, and the long process of rebuilding after this tragedy. No amount is too small, and every donation is deeply appreciated. Thank you for helping us surround Jean and Jerry with love and support.
