My name is Jean, and I’m reaching out because I’ve recently found myself homeless after a year of struggling with serious health issues. I was diagnosed with COPD and heart problems, which have made it impossible for me to work. On top of that, I’ve developed a bulging disc that’s pinching a nerve, so I can barely walk and have had to start using a walker just to get around.

Right now, I can’t get into a shelter right away, so I’m trying to find a safe place to stay while I wait for space to open up. The funds from this fundraiser will help me secure temporary shelter and cover my basic needs during this incredibly difficult time. Every bit of support will make a real difference as I work to get back on my feet.
