Between Christmas and New year we received news that has rocked our whole family. Our mum Jayne who is 55 and a mum to 8 children, the youngest of these been only 17, and also nanny to 15 grandchildren has been diagnosed with Primary breast cancer which has spread to several lymph nodes including her armpit, collarbone and neck. 

The collarbone and neck are inoperable which means they cannot treat this with surgery. She will start chemotherapy as soon as possible in hope it destroys the cancer cells first so she can then have breast surgery. 

With a long battle ahead we are looking to do everything we can to support her with this difficult journey. 

The fundraising will help to make our mums journey as pleasant as possible, exploring options such as a wig, eyelashes, eyebrows and other treatments that will help. Depending on the amount raised we can also explore other holistic complementary options aside of the chemotherapy. And possible reconstruction after surgery.

These treatments can be really costly but we want to try everything we possibly can to try and fight this evil disease. We appreciate any donation big or small.
