I'm currently living with a family member but things are expensive and I’m on the verge of having absolutely no where to go if I can’t secure somewhere to stay.  I’m pretty much homeless and struggling to find work because of my background. Despite applying to many jobs, I haven't received any callbacks, and it's been difficult to get back on my feet. My goal is to raise enough to stay in a hotel room for a month, which would give me a safe place to rest and regroup. I hope to return to Wisconsin, where I'm from, and start fresh. My son lives in Wisconsin, and being closer to him is also a big motivation for me.

The funds raised will be strictly used for a hotel room and gas. Having a stable place to stay will make it easier for me to focus on finding work and planning my next steps. Your support will help me get through this challenging time and move toward a better future.
