Help Jatashie Fight Kidney Failure
Hi, my name is Juan, and I’m reaching out with love and urgency on behalf of my sister, Jatashie.
At just 50 years old, Jatashie is fighting end-stage kidney failure and depends on dialysis several times a week to stay alive. She’s strong, resilient, and full of life—but dialysis is not a cure. It’s a temporary lifeline while she waits and hopes for the kidney transplant that could save her life.
Why We Need Your Help
Although Jatashie has insurance, the out-of-pocket costs are overwhelming. Our family is doing everything we can, but we can’t do it alone. Your support can make a real difference in her fight.
We’re raising funds to help cover the following:
Ongoing dialysis and treatment-related expenses
Out-of-pocket costs for a potential kidney transplant
Medications, transportation, and special dietary needs
Monthly living expenses while she is unable to work
Every Dollar Counts
No donation is too small. Whether it’s $5, $50, or just a share of this campaign, every action brings Jatashie one step closer to recovery.
If you cannot give now, please consider sharing this page with friends, family, or social media. Awareness is just as powerful as a donation.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with us—your kindness, generosity, and prayers mean the world.
Jatashie's Story: A Lifetime of Caring for Others
Jatashie has devoted her life to caring for those in need. With over 25 years in healthcare, she began her inspiring journey in the dietary department of a nursing home. It didn't take long for her passion for helping others to shine through; within six months, she took the brave step of enrolling in a CNA course, earning her certification as a nursing assistant.
Jatashie's dedication to her patients grew even stronger as her career progressed. After two years in nursing homes, she moved to hospital settings as a Patient Care Technician (PCT), where she poured her heart into every interaction. To Jatashie, patients were not merely tasks but individuals deserving of compassion and kindness. Every 12-hour shift allowed her to connect, uplift, and provide support.
Jatashie continued her work with unwavering dedication for as long as her health allowed. Sadly, in 2023, she faced the heart-wrenching reality of stepping away from the profession she loved. Leaving behind the patients and work that had given her life so much meaning was an incredibly difficult decision.
Thank you again for your kindness, generosity, and support. It truly means the world to us.
With gratitude,
