Hi there everyone, my name is Jassiel Ortiz.

I'm a hard-working tattoo artist, devoted husband, and proud father.

throughout my life I have faced many obstacles and I'm not the type to ask for help along the way but now I need everyone's support.

the purpose of this request is simple. I am fighting with everything I have to get full custody of both of my kids. this is an incredibly expensive process, to date we have spent over 30k.

in addition to that, I have to pay medical bills, lawyer fees, counseling for the kids, and travel expenses. I am aiming for 10k to cover everything in the next couple of months

here is the situation i am currently dealing with. I have my kids 80% of the time and provide them with everything they need and want. I am responsible for paying child support even if the custody is "50/50". I pay for all expenses that have to do with the case, including speech therapy for Maddox, dr. visits, etc.

To provide some additional text to my situation and why I'm fighting for full custody.

the boy's mom has not provided any health insurance for them which is court ordered for her to provide (it's going on 2 years). when they are with mom, they are not allowed to talk to me or any of my family and she makes him block them all including me (she's court ordered to not block or turn off location on his phone). their mom will not communicate anything that is related to the children's wellbeing or anything along those lines.

their mom neglects them and leaves them with their grandparents 90% of the time and she only has them 3-4 days out of the week.

I've made a few cps reports on her, but nothing has happened, and she continues to not follow court order. she's fueled by hate and anger and unfortunately, she takes it out on the kids and mistreats them.

what does the future hold?

once i get full custody, the boys will be able to be happy and move on from their emotionally and mentally toxic environment. we will go to counseling, and we will be able to build that strong father son bond that their mom is forcing them not to have.

we will live in a stable and happy home. They will be able to grow with their baby brother who is expected to be here February 2025. I am confident that I will be a good influence on my kids and we will show the true meaning of family and love.
