Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

Our beloved Jason Goniwiecha, a 51-year-old father and grandfather, recently endured a life-changing car accident. While driving to help his friend with a project, Jason lost control of his vehicle and was tragically ejected 30 feet from the car. Thankfully, there were no other vehicles or passengers involved; however, Jason sustained severe injuries, including a fractured neck, back, clavicle, nine broken ribs, and his pelvis fractured in three places.

Jay has shown incredible strength and positivity, but his road to recovery will be long and difficult. He spent several days in the ICU, underwent surgery to repair his pelvis, and recently was transferred to a rehabilitation facility where he will likely spend many months. As you can imagine, the medical and living expenses are overwhelming, and it may be a long time, if ever, before Jay can return to work.
