Help Jason Create Lasting Family Memories

Hi, my name is Jason. I'm a dad, I have a 14-year-old daughter named Calliope, and I have been married to my beautiful wife Kristi for 15 years. I have recently been diagnosed with Large Cell Neuroendocrine Carcinoma in my lung, which has metastasized to my adrenal glands and collarbone. They say the average prognosis is 2 years, but I'm a tough boy and I am hoping for more. I've been blue-collar, low dollar my whole life, but I've had an abundance of friends and family to enrich my life.

The reason I'm starting this campaign is to raise funds to make some memories with my family while I still can. Although we get by, I have never been able to take the family on any sort of vacation or anything. I would love to take her to Disney or Universal, maybe see a Broncos game, or a day at the aquarium. Of course, anything would be amazing. I hope to use these funds to get every moment of life I can with my family and friends before I get called home.
