Help Jason Carter Reunite with His Sons

Hello, my name is Jason Carter, and I’m the father to 4 beautiful boys: Daegan, Bentley, Jude, and Jaxon. The last two years have been an extremely trying time for us. Those who know me will know my children are my world.

After a long and demoralizing relocation trial, their mother was allowed to move with the kids to New Mexico. It’s here where all the trouble started. Due to my child support obligation and living situation, I’ve been denied visitation with my kids. Their mother has denied all visitation and has gone as far as to block me from contact at times with my children. It’s taken a massive toll on my health and well-being.

To remedy this situation, I made the choice to quit my job and relocate to New Mexico. I did this in the hope of being in my kids' lives again. In response, their mother has denied me seeing the children when I arrived and has gone as far as to pull them from sports and other activities they took part in. She did this to ensure I can’t even say hi to my children. She is now again denying my court-ordered visitation, and I’m left here with no way of seeing my children.

I’ve been in touch with the kids, and they just keep asking why they can’t see me. They were super excited once they heard I was coming, and now they can’t understand why they can’t see me or do any of their sports.

I’m here asking for assistance in surviving here in New Mexico while I go through another court hearing. As many people know, it’s expensive and extremely time-consuming. I need to buy everything imaginable for the kids as I let them take all their stuff when they moved with their mother. I appreciate any help anyone can provide. With any luck, the court system here will see I’m just a father who wants to be part of his children’s lives.
