Help Jason Braun Adapt After Amputation
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
I am reaching out to you today to share the story of my cousin, Jason Braun, who is bravely fighting bone cancer. After exhausting treatment options, he is facing the difficult decision to undergo a full leg and part of his pelvis amputation. It’s called a hemipelvectomy and it accounts for only 0.6 of amputations and there has only been 100 performed in the last decade worldwide. This life-changing procedure is essential for his health, but it also presents new challenges.
As Jason begins this journey, he will need to make significant adjustments to his life, including:
1. Purchasing a Handicap Accessible Vehicle: After his amputation, he will require a vehicle that accommodates his needs, ensuring he can maintain his independence and mobility.
2. Home Renovations for Accessibility: Modifications to his home are necessary to ensure it is safe and accessible. These renovations will help him navigate his living space comfortably and with dignity.
We are asking for your support during this challenging time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly towards these essential expenses. Your generosity will help ease the financial burden and allow Jason to focus on his recovery and adapting to his new circumstances.
Please share this campaign with your networks and help us spread the word. We are incredibly grateful for your support, love, and encouragement as Jason embarks on this journey.
Thank you for standing with us during this difficult time.
