Help Jason and Jonathan Through This Battle

Dear Family and Friends,

I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart and a humble request on behalf of my son, Jason Osterling.

At the end of March, Jason received a devastating diagnosis: Stage 4 lung cancer. The cancer has progressed aggressively and has now spread to his brain. We are still in the early stages of working with his medical team to determine the safest and most effective treatment plan. At this time, no course has been finalized.

What Jason needs most right now is our love, our strength, our time and most importantly—our prayers.

Many of you know Jason simply as "Jay"—a son, a brother, a cousin, a friend. But above all else, he’s a devoted father. Jay is a single dad to his son Jonathan, who has already experienced the unimaginable loss of his mother just a few years ago. Since then, Jay has poured everything into raising Jonathan, putting him first in every decision, every day. They are more than father and son—they are best friends.

As a family, we are choosing faith over fear. We are staying strong for Jay and Jonathan, and believing in the power of miracles and prayer. We know that many of you share our belief that healing is possible, and we ask that you lift Jason in your thoughts and prayers.
