Jasmine’s Post-transplant needs
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Jasmine Craft. At 26 weeks pregnant I was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy with an ejection fraction of 30%. At 32 weeks pregnant I was admitted to the hospital for fluid overload and had to have an emergency c-section to keep myself and my daughter alive. Since giving birth my heart condition worsened which resulted in me needing a heart transplant. I was readmitted to the hospital on July 18th, 2022. September 5th, 2022 I received a new heart and discharged a few weeks after with my mother being my primary caretaker. 30 days later my mom returned to work and was terminated, and being that we live in the apartment complex where she was employed, per contract we have to move. I was then terminated from my job a month later. Currently, i’m no longer receiving employee disability due to loss of employment and exhausted all funds on bills for the month of December. I attend cardiac rehab 3 times a week to build up my strength and endurance. I’m fundraising to help with bills, transportation to and from the hospital for rehab & biopsy appointments, formula for my baby girl Aleina and help with moving expenses. I sincerely appreciate any and all donations. ❤️
