Help Janette Johnston & Family beat Brain Cancer

As most of you might have already heard, on the 12/10/23 was flown to John Hunter Hosptial in Newcastle & diagnosed with CNS Lymphoma Brain Cancer.

She lost a lot of memory and speech her right side has shut down from the pressure on her brain. They started her on steroids to release pressure about a week ago and she can’t quite get the words out yet but is beginning to be able to read messages. Her right side feeling is coming back and she can walk again but is still weak. She was transferred to Mater Calvary hospital on the 21/10/23 & has begun her chemo but has a very long road ahead.

Her kids have been by her side as much as they can between trying to keep their work & business a float. The travel between Tamworth & Newcastle is expensive enough but coming into the Christmas season this is even harder. On top of that, Aunty Jan used most of her sick leave while caring for her mum so now the expenses are piling up.

Anything you can contribute would help this family a lot.
