Dear friends and kind hearts,

Around 9pm Saturday January 3rd, 2026, our dear friends Jane & Elliah returned home to find that the apartment below them had caught fire, and subsequently theirs as well. Luckily, no one was injured and their cat, Kiki, had hidden in a closet and was safe from the flames. Their apartment, however, had been destroyed. The kitchen and living room were demolished by the Fire. Firefighters were able to keep the rest from spreading, but their apartment is unlivable.

As they begin to rebuild and assess the damage, it would be of great help if you could give what you can to help soften this blow. Besides the damage and loss of property, they will need to find a new place to live, (which we know is never easy in NYC), and requires a hefty sum.

I know any amount received will mean the world to them. Please consider helping these two incredible artists rebuild and find a home. They work so hard and give so much to our community. Let’s come together and support them in this time of unexpected tragedy ❤️
