My name is Jessie and I am a friend of the family. My bestie/sister has gone through her third C-section and spent 9 days in the hospital due to preeclampsia. With mom’s health issues and danger to the baby, they had to deliver early. Baby Lainey is in the NICU on a NIV-NAVA machine to help keep her lungs open. She is a very healthy baby girl but will be spending at least till December in the hospital due to being born almost 3 months early. Doctors had to make the decision to deliver this early due to both Jamie’s health and baby Lainey’s. Jamie also has two beautiful kids at home who need her and isn’t able to go back to work at this time. That being said, the family could use some assistance. Jamie is not one to ask for it and that’s why I am here. Jamie will be pumping breast milk for baby Lainey and needs to bring it up to the hospital within 24 hours of pumping, these nutrients are what’s best for baby Lainey to grow and thrive. With only one parent working, driving back and forth to the hospital to make sure all kids are taken care of is going to be tough. That’s what we are asking for help with, just a little assistance to help the family get back and forth to make sure baby Lainey has everything she needs but the kiddos at home are also able to see their mamma. While this is a happy time it’s very stressful for parents having to split their love between two cities ❤️❤️

In addition, Jamie and her family are still paying for past hospital bills for when Jamie had her little one Mia. Mia was also in the NICU but only for a few weeks. Lainey’s stay is going to be a lot longer and I know the family would love any help we are willing to give ❤️❤️ Jamie has the biggest heart and is not one to ask for help, but it’s time to give her a little help!
