My name is James, and I’m reaching out during one of the most challenging times of my life. About a month ago, I fell off a ladder and suffered a shattered elbow and a fractured skull. Two weeks ago, I had surgery on my elbow, but now I’m back in the hospital due to an infection from the surgery. I need another surgery to try to rid the infection before it gets worse, and I’m facing a long road to recovery. The injuries have left me unable to work for at least the next six months, and I’m currently recovering in the hospital. On top of this, I’m expecting the birth of my son in just three months, which should be a time of joy and excitement, but instead, I’m overwhelmed with worry about how I’ll provide for him and keep up with my bills while I heal.

The funds raised here will go directly toward covering my personal bills, mounting medical expenses, and the essentials I’ll need to welcome my baby boy into the world. Every dollar will help me keep a roof over my head, pay for my ongoing treatment, and make sure my son has what he needs when he arrives. I never imagined I’d be in a position where I’d have to ask for help, but right now, I don’t know what else to do.
