Hello, my name is James Morgan. Last year, I was put in the hospital due to my gallbladder surgery going wrong. I had the surgery, and a week later, I was rushed to the hospital fighting for my life. I missed Father's Day, my oldest son's birthday, wedding, and graduation from the Marines. I spent 2 1/2 months in the hospital having to have multiple surgeries. Not long after that, we lost our oldest Husky. Then my father-in-law right after that. Start of the new year, everything seemed to be going in the right direction, then I lost my job. Luckily, it only took me a month to find a new job. Fast forward to September, I caught the bottom of my foot (I am diabetic), which became severely infected. We thought it was healing, but by the time the end of October rolled around, it was really infected to the point that I have lost part of my foot. I am currently on unpaid medical leave because I have not been with my current job for more than 6 months. My family is struggling right now, and I know we are not the only ones; millions are struggling. We would be eternally grateful for any help that can be given.
