Help James Mann Get the Care He Needs

This is my son, James Mann, an army Veteran Soldier with PTSD and numerous physical disabilities' He just suffered a drug induced psychotic break down and has lost a LOT of weight. I am worried we will lose him (#overdose, #suicide), if he doesn't get proper care. He is currently in the mental ward at Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines but the hospital will not accept American medical insurance. Cash ONLY. They may not even let him leave the hospital without payment. In addition to the hospital and doctor bills there is a separate bill to hire people to watch over James 24 hours a day, leaving his wife struggling to buy food for their 3 children. His sister and I are flying out on July 22, 2024, to take bring James home for proper medical and mental health treatment.
