Help James Jett buy New Electric Wheelchair

Hi my name is Chris Contey. I just saw on the news someone stole this man's automatic wheelchair. It's a cold and it's a callous thing to do. I'd like any money donated be able to go directly to him maybe through his districts police station fund? Like I said. I just saw the story and my heart goes out to this older gentleman. I don't know how it works? I know I personally. Will Not be receiving the money. I want it to got directly to him or a community outreach. Police department. Thank you all and God bless
