My name is James Nolte, and I am reaching out for help during the most painful and challenging time of my life.

Recently, my wife left without explanation, taking my child with her. On top of that heartbreak, she is now trying to take our home and all of my assets. While I’ve been battling my own mental health struggles and caring for my father after his stroke, I’ve also been left fighting to protect everything I’ve worked so hard for — including my right to be a father to my son.

I have been estranged from my child for over a year, and my greatest wish is to fight for custody and rebuild my relationship with him. Unfortunately, I cannot afford the cost of a lawyer, and a public defender is not available for this type of family case. Without legal support, I risk losing my son and everything I’ve built.
