Hi, I’m James, I’m 13 and I go to The Bicester School.

In 2027, I’ve got an amazing opportunity to go on a 4 week expedition to Tanzania with Camps International and some other students from my school.

While I’m there, I’ll be working with local communities on important projects like building classrooms, fixing up community buildings, and setting up water storage systems. It’s proper hands-on stuff that will really help people.

This trip isn't just about travelling. It’s about learning new skills, pushing myself, and hopefully making a real difference.

To go, I need to raise £5,530, plus a bit more for things like vaccinations and kit. The school asks each student to fundraise their share, so I’ll be doing fundraising events like sponsored walks and other events over the next couple of years.

Every bit of support helps and gets me closer to making this happen.
