On September 14, 2025, life changed forever for Jake Seiler.

Jake—a kind, hardworking young man with a bright future ahead of him—was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident that left him with life-threatening injuries.

Thanks to the quick actions of first responders and the skill of his medical team, Jake is still with us today. But his journey forward will be long, difficult, and incredibly costly. He sustained severe injuries, including multiple skull fractures with intracranial hemorrhages, a collapsed lung, clavicle and hip fractures, and aspiration complications. He remains in the ICU on a ventilator, having already undergone multiple procedures, with many more ahead. His recovery will require months of intensive rehabilitation, immense effort, and specialized medical care.

Jake’s family is doing everything they can to support him, but the financial burden of medical bills, rehabilitation, and ongoing care is overwhelming.
