Hi I'm Tammy , I'm trying to raise funds for my amazing son Jake to be able to get into our garden. In March this year Jake went into hospital with what we were told was an ear infection, an ambulance had to be called as Jake's oxygen levels went down to 68/100 we got to A&E to be told they had to put Jake into an induced Coma as he was struggling to be accessed due to not knowing where he was,due to his mental age being 2.5 yrs.

We were then told that it was not an ear infection it was pneumonia and his left lung had collapsed. After a long 3 months he was discharged while his lungs were getting better his legs were getting worse , Jake lost the ability to walk and he is now confined to a wheelchair. Jake is confined to our house as our garden is uneven and not wheelchair accessible, Jake loves the garden, he has a play area but can not access it due to the uneven ground, his wheelchair is heavy and has been built to not tip if he has a seizure as he is epileptic.

We are therefore trying to raise funds for our garden to be leveled and paved so it's accessible for Jake.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, to help get Jake back into the garden x
