Hi, I'm Kirstie Ferrell, the Executive Director of Jai's Heart. Our organization was founded in memory of my beloved son, Jai', with the mission to support at-risk youth and provide them with the mentorship and resources they need to thrive.

Jai's Heart is dedicated to transforming the lives of young individuals by offering mentorship, educational resources, life skills training, and a supportive community. We believe every child deserves the chance to succeed, regardless of their circumstances.

Through our mentorship program, we pair experienced mentors with youth who need positive role models and guidance. Our goal is to help these young individuals make positive choices, build resilience, and develop the confidence to pursue their dreams.
