Help Jae's Family Get Back on the Road

Hello! My name is Jae (also known as Rocky) and I started this page to help out my family raise funds to buy a new car. Unfortunately, in April 2024, my family's car was stolen in Oakland and sadly, we are not in the financial position to immediately purchase a new one. I did have a car of my own, but unfortunately, it was quite old and broke down to the point that I can no longer drive it as well.

This leaves my family with no easily accessible transportation other than limited bus routes or paying for Ubers. My family's sole provider is my mother and I occasionally pitch in some of my funds from my part-time job. I wish that I could do more, so that is why I am asking for a little bit of help. Anything is appreciated! I'm not necessarily asking for people to give us all the money we need for a car, but to perhaps chip in a bit if possible. It would mean the world to my family and I, whom don't have much to work with especially in these emergency situations.
