Jada received the unfortunate news this week that she had thyroid cancer, which has spread to her lymph nodes. She wanted to start by reassuring everyone that she’s okay, and this type of cancer is thankfully treatable.

Unfortunately, she will be needing to take at least 1-2 months off work as she will receive surgery to remove her thyroid and any cancerous lymph nodes in her neck and chest, and receive any subsequent radiation treatments.

She will be taking a brief hiatus from tattooing starting at the end of September, and will hopefully return sometime in November.
