This page was created for our coworker and friend, Jackie, a dedicated caregiver at Brookdale Mariana Butte in Loveland, Colorado. Jackie is a truly remarkable person who has devoted her life to caring for and serving seniors. She is compassionate, hardworking, and always willing to put the needs of others before her own. Throughout her life, she has faced many challenges and hardships, yet she continues to persevere with strength, grace, and an unwavering commitment to helping others.

Last week, tragedy struck when Jackie’s home caught fire. In a matter of moments, she lost the home she had worked so hard to build and many of the belongings she had spent a lifetime acquiring. Despite this devastating loss, Jackie continues to show up for others. She comes to work each day with the same dedication, compassion, and positive spirit that have made her such a valued member of our Brookdale family. She has never asked for help and would be the first person to say that no one owes her anything. That humility and selflessness are just a few of the reasons so many people care about her.
