Help Jack Replace His Stolen Adaptive Tricycle

Donation protected
This week, 9-year-old Jack’s adaptive tricycle was stolen from his backyard in Los Feliz. His mom Marie posted on the local Buy Nothing Group hoping someone may have seen the tricycle, but it has not been recovered. Local moms have offered to help pay for a new tricycle, so I created this GoFundMe to help out Jack.

From his mom:
“Jack is a 9 year old boy with Down syndrome and autism. He’s outgrown normal tricycles that can be pushed by the parents and this adaptive tricycle is one of his main forms of independence in the neighborhood, as walking can sometimes be too difficult for him or overstimulating. He is incredibly proud of his bicycle and waves and says hello to everyone as he goes by. You are welcome to use the photo of him on the bike the first day he got it, that’s usually his happy face the whole time he’s pedaling on it. “

Since the tricycle was stolen, the landlord has offered a locked area where the replacement tricycle will be well protected and bring years of joy to Jack.

Funds raised will go directly toward replacing Jack’s stolen adaptive tricycle. Thank you for your kindness and support!
