My name is Jaime and my fiance is Jack Ernst. Our twin boys (his biological, my bonus sons) were diagnosed with a genetic kidney disease. They both will eventually need a kidney transplant. We got news today that one of the boys, Jaxon’s numbers are high and he is being put on the active transplant list. At this point the dr said we can get a call for a donor kidney and he will need to get down to Indy ASAP for surgery. Jack is an OTR truck driver and goes all over the US. Once that call comes in he will have to get you the nearest airport and fly out Indianapolis for Jaxon’s surgery. I started this go fund me fundraiser for expensive travel expenses, hotel and food for at least a week and lost wages since he does not get vacation days or sick leave etc. Any amount will help. Now the other twin Jacen’s numbers were ok but the Dr said that could change at any time so again he will need a transplant also. So this will also be saved and used for Jacen’s surgery. Jack is not one to ask for help but we could sure use it. Thank you in advance..
