On the evening of November 28th, Jack’s car was struck by a drunk driver. The impact was so severe that his car was propelled over a block and a half, smashing into a stop sign, a street sign, a streetlight, and a neighbor’s tree before coming to a devastating stop. The car was declared a total loss.
While we are incredibly grateful that no one was hurt or killed, the financial impact on Jack has been significant. Even after insurance, he has lost the money he worked so hard to invest in fixing up and maintaining his first car—a car he saved for and was so proud of.
You can imagine the shock and deep sense of loss Jack has experienced. This car wasn’t just a means of transportation; it represented his hard work and independence.
We’re reaching out to our community for help. Every contribution, big or small, will make a difference in helping Jack get back on his feet and invest in a replacement vehicle. Your kindness and support mean the world to us, and we truly appreciate anything you can do to help during this challenging time.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
