Help Iva and Lome Rebuild After Fire

Donation protected
My sister, Iva, and her husband Lome this weekend on July 19th, 2025, lost their home to fire, With a heavy heart, I am asking for your help for my sister, Iva and brother Lome. They had lived for over 20 years in their Auburn, WA home, and now it is completely destroyed.. In just a few moments, they lost everything; clothes, cherished family keepsakes, furniture, both vehicles and the home they worked so hard to build together. My brother in law Lome suffered burns to his arms, hands, and his head while trying to put out the fire, but he is okay and got released from the hospital that night. We are beyond grateful that everyone is safe and still have their lives. Their home was always filled with the laughter of thier grandchildren. It was a place of love, comfort, and family. Losing that space has been heartbreaking for all of the family, especially the little ones who were so used to being there. Lome and Iva had poured everythiing into their home, and like many who experience disaster, are in a state of shock, unsure of where to turn or how to begin again. Insurance will take time and much of what they lost can never be returned or replaced. We are hoping to raise funds to help them with urgent and ongoing needs, and all funds raised will be going to clothing and daily essentials, replacement of basic furniture and houshold items, food, and a deposit toward temporary housing. The Red Cross kindly provided immediate assistance, and our extended family and church community are doing what we can, but the need is still great, because they were left with only the clothes on their backs, and in Lome's case, his were burned. If you can contribute in any way, please know how deeply it is appreciated. They are proud people and did not want to ask themselves. If you are unable to give, your prayers, support, and sharing this page means the world to us. Your kindness and generosity will help them take the first steps toward healing and rebuilding. With love and Aloha, Tasi
