Help Ismael to evacuate from Gaza
Hello donors,
I'm Muhammad Ismail Muhammad Malik from Gaza. I'm 22 years old.
As you're all aware, this genocide took away a lot from us. I lost everything in my life in the last 10 months and worst of all, I lost my entire family to a massacre.
We were displaced to Rafah where they called it a safe zone, only to bomb us and kill my entire family in a massacre. I only escaped because I was outside that day but my family wasn't so lucky. I miss them every day and I cry for them. But I know they're happy in heaven now.
I was then displaced to Deir Al Balah but I had nowhere to go. I lived in the streets for 5 days until someone helped me with a small tent where I now live.
As you can see the tent is very small and flimsy. There's not much protection.
I have no funds to even feed myself. I have nothing to spare for emergencies. The situation is getting worse everyday here with the water getting contaminated and diseases spreading.
I want to evacuate as soon as the Rafah crossing opens again and I want to start my life again, study and get a job. I need your help for that.
How the funds will be used:
The Rafah crossing fees for Hala agency (this was before the crossing closed and it might increase when it opens again): £5000.
Passport fees, documentation and other travel expenses: £1000
The remaining will be used for food and other basic necessities, in case of emergencies and if I need medical treatment.
I also need funds for rent and other expenses once I evacuate to Egypt as I have no funds or savings now. I need to sustain as a refugee in a new country with no source of income.
Please help me with your generosity and share my campaign with your friends and family so they can donate to me too.
Thank you.
Organizer PSA: I'm Parinitha Gowda from the UK, and Ismail is a friend I met in my online community as he was looking for help to create a campaign. I will be the one handling his funds as GoFundMe isn't available in Palestine. I will send him the funds through PayPal transfers so that he can cash out and use for his necessities.
Thank you.
