Hi everyone,

My name is Maxwell, and I'm raising funds for someone who has made a significant and lasting impression on me: Isaac.

Isaac is 28 years old, originally from Ghana, and currently works as a cleaner in the Middle East. Eight months ago, he made the difficult decision to leave behind his wife and 5-year-old son so that he could earn money abroad and provide more financial stability for them.

Since arriving here, Isaac has worked ridiculously hard. He works SIX DAYS A WEEK, often COMPLETEING 12-HOUR CLEANING SHIFTS , yet earns the equivalent of only around £200 ($268) PER MONTH. The majority of this goes towards supporting his family.

Despite his circumstances, Isaac remains one of the most positive people I have ever met. I first got to know him while living in the apartment building where he works. Every time I see him, he greets me with a huge smile, asks how I'm doing, and brings a sense of warmth and kindness to everyone's day. No matter how challenging his situation may be, he never lets it show.

The more I learned about Isaac's story, the more I felt eager to help. We are the same age, and we both moved to the Middle East around the same time. The difference is that I have opportunities and privileges that many people simply aren't born with. Isaac has made enormous sacrifices for the people he loves, and I believe he deserves support.

My goal is to raise an amount that could significantly ease the financial pressure on Isaac and his family. The funds will go directly to Isaac, allowing him to better support his wife and son, cover essential family expenses, and hopefully take a trip home to Ghana so he can see them for the first time since he left.

Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a real difference. Even £1 goes further than many people realise and brings us a step closer to helping a hardworking father provide for his family.
